本方案針對薩帕管業新增P27-2收塵器進行IG-55惰化消防滅火設計,也可以直接按此方案對P35-1、P35-2和B300/B400的鋅粉收塵器滅火系統進行更換。

3·IG55惰化滅火設計說明
3.1設計范圍
本方案主要為薩帕管業P27-2鋅粉收塵器設計IG-55自動滅火惰化系統。(This scheme mainly designs the IG - 55 automatic fire extinguishing system for P27-2 zinc dust collector.)報警控制系統使用海灣JB-QB-GST100消防報警系統。(The alarm control system uses the Bay JB-QB-GST100 fire alarm system)
3.2 IG-55滅火系統保護的優勢
3.3設計方案
3.3.1防護區要求:(Protection zone requirements)
(1)采用全淹沒滅火系統的防護區,應符合下列規定:(The protective zone for a fully flooded fire extinguishing system shall comply with the following provisions)
●對固體深位火災,除泄壓口以外的開口,在噴放氮氣氬氣前應能自動關閉。(To a deep solid fire, in addition to opening pressure relief opening outside, should be able to automatically shut down in nitrogen argon before discharge)
●防護區的圍護結構及門、窗的耐火極限不應低于0.5小時,吊頂的耐火極限不應低于0.25小時;維護結構及門窗的允許壓強不宜小于1200Pa。(Fire resistance of retaining structure, and door window area should not be less than 0.5 hours, the fire resistance limit ceiling should not be less than 0.25 hours; the pressure should not be allowed to maintain the structure and the doors and windows of less than 1200Pa)

4·火災自動報警和滅火控制系統(Automatic fire alarm and fire extinguishing control system)
4.1 設計思想(design idea)
利用原火災報警控制系統。(Use the original fire alarm control system)
4.2設計方案(design scheme)
根據用戶提供的設計說明,制定如下設計方案:(According to the user's design instructions, the following design scheme is formulated)
1、參考P35-2系統的脈沖收塵器和旋風收塵器的火災探測,均采用管狀差定溫探測器,報警溫度為華氏194度(攝氏90度),該探測器兼有定溫報警和溫升速率報警的功能,對爆燃式火災具有快速響應的能力。(Pulse dust collector and a cyclone dust collector fire detection reference P35-2 system, using tubular temperature difference detector, alarm temperature is 194 degrees Fahrenheit (90 degrees Celsius), the detector with fixed temperature alarm and temperature rise rate alarm function, has the ability of rapid response to the explosion of fire.)
每個滅火區域設置兩組獨立的火災探測報警回路,探測信號分別引入JB-QB-GST100報警滅火控制系統。當系統探測到一路火警信號時,控制器發出聲、光報警信號,顯示火警部位及時間,但不運行滅火程序,不釋放滅火劑。(Each fire extinguishing area is provided with two independent fire detection and alarm circuits, and the detection signals are respectively introduced into the JB-QB-GST100 alarm fire extinguishing control system. When the system detects a fire signal, the controller sends out the sound and light alarm signal to display the fire location and time, but does not run the fire extinguishing program and does not release the extinguishing agent)
當系統探測到兩路火警信號時,控制器發出聲、光報警信號,顯示火警部位及時間,同時啟動失火區域的聲光報警器,通知現場人員撤離,輸出聯動信號,切斷非消防電源,驅動電磁閥,釋放滅火劑。(When the system detects two fire alarm signal, the controller sends out sound and light alarm signal display, fire location and time, and start sound and light alarm fire area, notify the evacuation site, output linkage signal, fire power cut, the solenoid valve, the release of fire extinguishing agent.)
操作人員也可以直接通過安裝在保護區內的啟動按鈕,直接啟動聲光報警器,驅動電磁閥,實施滅火。(The operator can also directly start the sound and light alarm through the starting button installed in the protective zone, drive the electromagnetic valve and implement fire extinguishing)
2、充分考慮現場的環境,所有管線均按防爆區標準敷設。不同電壓等級線路需分管敷設,如在阻燃金屬線槽內敷設需加金屬隔板。所有明配線路的金屬線槽、鋼管表面需涂刷防火涂料。(Full consideration of the site environment, all pipelines are installed according to the explosion-proof area standard. Different voltage level lines should be in charge of laying, such as in the flame retardant metal slot laying, need to add metal clapboard. All the metal wires and steel pipe surfaces of the circuit shall be painted with fire retardant coating)
3、系統采用消防專用電源,以AC220V作為主電源,DC24V蓄電池作為備電源。當主電電壓過低不能保證系統正常工作時,自動切換到備電供電,并報主電源故障,當主電恢復正常時,控制柜自動切換到主電供電;當備電電壓不能保證系統正常工作時,控制柜報備電欠壓故障;當控制柜由備電單獨供電、且備電繼續供電可能引起備電永久失效時,控制柜會自動切斷備電供電電路,以保護備用電源。(The system uses fire special power supply, AC220V as the main power supply, and DC24V battery as the standby power supply. When the main power voltage is too low can not guarantee the normal work of the system, automatically switched to standby power supply, and report to the main power failure, when the main power is restored, the control cabinet is automatically switched to the main power supply; when the power voltage can not guarantee the normal work of the system, the electric control cabinet reported undervoltage fault when the control; prepared by a separate power supply, electric cabinet and power to supply power may cause permanent power failure, the control cabinet will automatically cut off the power supply circuit, in order to protect the standby power)
4、系統采用專用接地裝置,工作接地電阻應小于4Ω,聯合接地時的接地電阻小于1Ω。采用交流供電的設備金屬外殼、配管、金屬支架等作保護接地時,接地線與電氣保護接地干線(PE線)相連接。(The system adopts a special grounding device, the grounding resistance shall be less than 4, and the grounding resistance when combined with ground shall be less than 1 ohms. When using AC power supply equipment, metal casing, piping, metal support and so on to protect the ground, the ground wire is connected with the electrical protection grounding line (PE line).)
